We hold several events a year at Suiteworks and have never been disappointed. In fact, the team is so attentive that they often anticipate and take care of our needs before we even realize we have them! For example, at yesterday’s event, Meghan went above and beyond, providing excellent service and stepping in without being asked whenever she saw an opportunity to make things easier and less stressful for the facilitator. For the past 11 years, I have rented an office for my business at Suiteworks.  It has allowed my business to be part of a professional staff offering a superior working environment. We rent a space from suiteworks and have for some time now. It is a very accommodating, inclusive and professional organization. From the various included functions, lunches, social events right through to the supplies readily available for tenants use, this place really has it all. I have worked in the SuiteWorks building for several years and am truly impressed by the way the building is managed and by how warm, helpful and welcoming the staff and management are! Moving my office from Whitby to Barrie was a big decision, and I took my time interviewing several office spaces and doing onsite visits. When I came across SuiteWorks at 92 Caplan Ave, I was impressed by the photos and location, but what truly set them apart was the customer service. My first call was with Meghan, and WOW,  she was absolutely amazing. Her professionalism, warmth, and knowledge gave me so much confidence that I actually booked the space site unseen, which says a lot! When I finally visited in person (I was out of the area when I secured the space), I was even more blown away,  especially by Abby and the incredible welcome I received. I have been a tenant since December 2025 and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The office environment is modern, professional, and beautifully maintained, with a great mix of open and private workspaces. The flexibility is fantastic, and any accommodations I’ve needed have been handled promptly and professionally. The parking is free,  spacious, easily accessible, and includes spots that work well for my handicapped clients, which is extremely important to me. I want to sincerely thank Meghan, Abby, and the entire management team at SuiteWorks for providing an incredible office space that is affordable, flexible, and truly top-tier in service. It’s been an incredible experience at Suiteworks working in one of their new private office spaces. The offices are private, modern and feel very upscale. They’ve absolutely nailed the thoughtful details of these offices like frosted glass, a frosted door with your company logo and a magnetic interior wall. The building is kept extremely clean and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. They create a real sense of inclusion by hosting regular events and activities to bring everyone together. The reception and customer service team are so friendly, positive and truly a joy to chat with everyday. I absolutely love the environment at Suiteworks! I manage a law firm and we are based out of Suiteworks but we are mostly virtual. We use Suiteworks meeting space often for business meetings, client meetings and management meetings. The space is always clean and organized. The staff are amazing and helpful. Since we moved to Suiteworks from our previous office we have been so happy. I've used a number of different Co-working spaces across the GTA and this is the nicest one's I've been in. Not only do they have a variety of meeting rooms and co-working spaces but the staff are super friendly and supportive.
