Is there a fee for parking?
Parking is free on a first come first serve basis.
What are your business hours? Can I access my office outside of those hours?
Our admin hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm, but our clients have 24/7 access to the facility depending on their package.
Is there a minimum commitment required?
We offer month to month agreements with 30 days notice to change or terminate.
Are utilities, internet, and cleaning services included in the cost?
We want you to focus on your business, so we take care of the facility stuff – we include cleaning, internet, utilities with your package.
Do you require a security deposit?
We do not require security deposits. However, to secure your office, a non-refundable deposit is required upon initial sign-up. This amount is applied toward your first month’s rent.
What amenities are available to tenants?
Our amenities include reception services, telephone booth rooms, Wi-Fi, kitchen facilities, bike rack, 24/7 access where applicable and access to meeting rooms and printing/scanning services.
Do you provide reception services?
We do have a team member that looks after you and your guests daily and also acts as a liaison to receive your mail on your behalf.
Can I use the business address for mail and package deliveries?
We do offer packages that provide access for mail and deliveries.
Can I customize or furnish my office space?
We do provide furnishings, but if you rather bring in your own, there is an option for that.
Do you host events, workshops, or networking sessions?
We offer socials, events and seminars monthly to allow opportunities for member interaction, meet-ups and education.
What nearby amenities are available? (Restaurants, cafes, public transit, etc.)
We are very close to amenities such as local restaurants, Walmart, steps away from transit etc.
